14,000 Sq. FT. Two Story Spanish style Medical office/shell building. Building featured intricate Spanish Architectural details, including exposed Wood T&G overhangs, Spanish Clay tiles, Exposed wood corbels, and stamped concrete flatwork. Our contract also included a T.I. build out of a 6,000 Doctors office suite.
