Project Summary

Renovation of the City of Fresno’s Historic Fire Station #3, the City’s busiest fire Station. All work was performed while keeping this critical Fire Station fully operational for continued service. Scope of work included new ADA upgrades, new showers and plumbing, new mechanical systems, new electrical system upgrading from 220 to 480, add IT and Low-voltage infrastructure, all new Overhead doors at apparatus bays, painting and misc. upgrades throughout.
