Project Summary
This project was a 14,000 sq. ft. concrete Tilt-up laboratory constructed for the City of Fresno Waste Water Division. This building included substantial amounts of M.E.P. work, as well as large amounts of laboratory casework. Mechanical and Plumbing systems included connection to existing onsite hydronics system’s, installation of new Chillers and Heat exchangers, Vacuum lines and system, Lab gas systems, Di-ionized water system, as well as an Acid waste system inclusive of a dilution system. All HVAC systems were controlled by Variable Frequency Drives and tied into an Energy Management system. Tolerances in work rooms were 1 degree total from control temperature. All controls systems such as the EMS and door access controls were tied into the central plants PLC/SCATA system for remote systems monitoring and control.
