Project Summary

This project was a Multiple Prime format in which our scope encompassed the general specialties. The scope of the project included additions to two building, construction of one new building, and a remodel to the last. DCCI self performed the framing and finish work on the entire project. Our scope also included installation of all new doors and hardware, Glass and Glazing, Kalwall Skylight System, Insulation, Lath and Plaster, Gypsum Wallboards, Tile, Flooring, Epoxy Flooring, toilet partitions, Restroom Accessories, and signage.
