Yosemite Unified School District hired Durham Construction Company, Inc. under a lease / leaseback agreement for the project.  Scope of work included interior and exterior modernization of classroom buildings on the campus of Coarsegold Elementary School, Coarsegold, CA.  The project was completed during the summer in two months with no interruptions to students.
