Project Summary

Construction of a new 14,500 square foot Masonry Regional Forensics Center. Scope of work included demolition of existing buildings, Asbestos and Lead abatement, connection of new Hydronics, Electrical, Low-Voltage system to existing courthouse and site systems, Terrazzo and Epoxy Flooring, Healthcare equipment, Fire suppression systems including clean agent, Metal Laboratory Casework, Grading and Paving, Rule 16 work. Building highlights included Door access control system and Closed Circuit Television to ensure chain of evidence, interior 190 body box, exterior 10 body box, 4 autopsy suites, CT scanner, redundant mechanical systems.
