Project Summary

Located in Fresno, CA, Dr. Baz’s new medical building was a design build project of a 15,830 SF two story wood framed building with a parking lot and site improvements.  Durham’s framing crews performed all the structural rough carpentry on the project.  The interior tenant spaces and offices were metal studs and drywall.  Durham Construction Company, Inc. worked with several different partners to provide the first floor of the building with medical offices including a reception, exam and executive offices.  The second floor of the building was primarily utilized as executive corporate offices.
