Project Summary

Modernization and renovation of existing 30,928 square foot classroom / administration buildings at Eaton and Rowell Elementary school. In order to minimize disruption, project was constructed under four phases.

Construction consisted of the modernization of classrooms, restrooms, administration areas, and construction of a new centrally located library.

Project included structural improvements, decorative canopies, new wall finishes, flooring, casework, ADA improvements, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, communications, and plumbing upgrades throughout campus.
