Project Summary

Replacement of an existing DMV Building on Olive Ave in Fresno, CA.   The project was constructed in 3 phases.  Phase 1 (New Parking lot and Demolition of site structures),Phase 2  (Construction of a new state of the art 19, 960 SF DMV building), then Phase 3 (demolish the existing DMV building & Add solar to the site and building) after the new facility is fully operational.

The DMV building is slab on grade, masonry and structural steel structure construction.  Many of the architectural building elements strategically represent features within the Central San Joaquin Valley.

Project is LEED gold certified and is one of the first ZERO NET ENERGY buildings for the State of California.
