Project Summary

Completed under a lease / leaseback project delivery method with the Kingsburg Joint High School District, the project included creation of a a new student Shade Structure lunch facility in the middle of the campus, and a new softball complex. The softball complex in included revamping the existing practices fields, creation of JV and Varsity field, and construction of a new Snack Bar and restroom facility. The Varsity field included new Bleachers, announcers booth, Field lighting for night games, Vinyl Slat fencing, new Sound System, and all new Irrigation and landscaping systems.
