Project Summary

Construction of a new 10,000 sq. ft Multi-Purpose building under a lease / leaseback project delivery method.   Scope of work included new Food prep Area, New Stage, Teachers Lounge, Rest Rooms, Stage and theater lighting, new sound system, Lighting controls, High Efficiency Mechanical and Energy Management System, new addressable Fire Alarm system, Fiber Optic Ethernet connections, Fire Suppression System, New Rule 16 electrical service and main switchboard to back feed existing campus as well as power new building, Site Utility runs for this project as well as stub extension for future projects. Lead and Asbestos abatement was required prior to demolition of the Existing (5) buildings.
