Project Summary

Constructed under a lease / leaseback agreement between Riverdale Unified School District and Durham construction, the New community Education center serves as the District office for the school district.  Designed by Teter A&E architects, the building is a slab on grade wood frame construction with Architectural elements of thin brick veneer and exterior plaster.
