Starting in August of 2010, Durham construction Company, Inc. was invited by Pacific Gas and Electric, PG&E, to participate in the Corporate Real Estate System wide General Contracting Bid.

After extensive review of the RFP documentation and board panel interviews in San Ramon, Durham Construction Company, Inc. was selected as one of the general contractors for a Five Year Master Services Agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric corporate real estate. There were over 800 competing general contractors for the Pacific Gas and Electric account.
